Workshops planning

1.- Maker announce the workshop one month in advance 2.- Freda gives him/her a template to fulfill all the necessary information. (the maker is in charge of translating all the text) but Freda can help with no responsibilities. The template has all the required information to use on: Huodongxing, Wechat, Meetup. 3.- The maker has to give back the form 3 weeks before the workshop 4.- Freda has to upload it before 2 weeks before the workshop. 5.- There are 2 remaining weeks for advertising.

ACTION: Freda to create the template.

ACTION: Freda to post workshops on wechat official account and wechat groups separately. And ask members to share it.

Curriculum

1.- EF: We failed on the last workshop. ACTION: Freda to set up a free workshop with EF Teacher. Eduardo is donating one watch.

2.- Helicopter company is helping us to be more appealing on our workshops by letting us go one day with the kids to their place.

3.- At the end of may we can show our CV to many Universitites

PRO: Because Freda and Lee have a 40+ hours teaching classes document already in chinese.

CONS: Teacher have to give learning weekly reports, Students can not come to xcj, They ask for books

• Freda does not have International schools contacts.

• • Ivan, James, Nelson, Eduardo want to approach international school.

Freda agree to go to international schools first if she receives help. ACTION: -James and Nelson to provide contacts with International Schools -Freda to translate into English her document -Eduardo to unify the two documents into the google doc.
