    • EF wanna cooperater with xinchejian about kids workshop at 16th and 22th April


  • UNIVERSAL laser cutter company will donate the new machine to xcj
    • P2 give us machine room rebuilt quotation is

  • arduino class has 2 people ... not good,cancel the workshop and rearrange it .

  • NELSON: Suggestion for more BIGGER CURRICULUM:

He is going to do a google docs with a guideline to build the curriculum. JAMES: approach to an organization to see what are their needs in terms of collaboration with xinchejian to do a curriculum.


Coming Week's Events and Workshops

  • EF need us to prepare the contract. Lee gives to Freda a contract to work on.
  • April 3th 18:00-21:00 Ricky and leo : IOT workshop (10 students at least)
  • April 23th: RESCHEDULED: Workshop from Roger on hydroponics no more info about advertise.

  • Enabling the individual members to call out individual safety first.
    • Call out safety to group, have a discussion, address objections.
    • if objections not addressed satisfactorily
    • Enforce safety workshop usage
  • Ban for people that present a risk as collectively assessed
    • Physical security also include making sure we don't get things stolen

NO UPDATE

  • Zoe - Artable video website: recording video (name)
    • selling classes on hacking and art
    • populate her platform with content
    • specifically for the Chinese audience
    • Teacher Huang said he can make the video.
  • Terms
    • Topline (??) 70%/30% Artable/XinCheJian for Artable produced video
    • Our own channel
    • Andi to volunteer to find the presenters to give the workshop
    • Get the pitch and send it to the XinCheJIan group through Freda
  • instead of waiting for Andi to match presenters for Artable, just ask member directly

    • buy them at the end of March, waiting on confirmation


Space Manager discussions

Project Room & Machine Room

NEW MACHINE ROOM

  • P2 confirm the rebuilding floor plan, waiting the worker team to make it (tomorrow), Mini will answer us details at 29th March. STILL WAITING TO KNOW WHEN.


    • Universal laser cutter machine will move in after rebuild the machine room, freda and teacher wang
    • Sofa race car and outside board need to be moved , cuz P2 rebuilt the reception.
WHERE TO RELOCATE to SOFA CAR (Freda to ask Mini if Sofa can be in the bicycle place).


  • New Location: Not accepted. We have to find a new one (Helicopter team doesn't want to move there)


  • Project room
  • FREDA to ask kin for 5k
  • Helicopter simulator to move to another Xinchejian location in Minhang and pay rent to Xinchejian at Jingke station
  • Ask kin fix the CNC machine with workshop this week
  • free space for xcj 700m2 for remove helicopter team out.

LEE to give a proposal to help other organizations on how to set up a hackerspace with xinchejian brand. FREDA proposes to train teacher.
