Props and Announcements

  • A air plant engineer donation a Steel CNC to xinchejian at WED
    • HNC... ok is that good news? FREDA has space for it.
    • Turn it into a workshop
  • UNIVERSAL laser cutter company will donate the new machine to xcj
    • Still want to help us!
  • Free space for xcj 700m2 for remove helicopter team out.
    • NEW STAFF: To come up with the new system for space usage.
    • NEW STAFF: Will decide where they should go.


Past events

  • arduino class has 2 people ... not good, but it's just the beginning
  • wearable class had 2 kids ... not good
    • Reasons: Too many people doing small simple Arduino workshops

Coming Week's Events and Workshops

  • March 19th: (morning) Teacher Huang: wireless workshop -- FAILED, not enough kids
  • March 19th: Maciej: Dinosaur workshop -- FAILED, for very young kids. Space is too dangerous. Nobody joined.
  • March 26th: Toky team: Toky robots workshop 2 guy pay for that
  • April 23th: RESCHEDULED: Workshop from Roger on hydroponics no more info about advertise. FREDA - NEED TO CONFIRM

NO UPDATE

  • Zoe - Artable video website: recording video (name)
    • selling classes on hacking and art
    • populate her platform with content
    • specifically for the Chinese audience
    • already ask Eduardo and Maciej , they refused and want take video by themselves, Teacher Huang said he is super busy.
  • Terms
    • Topline (??) 70%/30% Artable/XinCheJian for Artable produced video

    • Andi to volunteer to find the presenters to give the workshop

Project Room & Machine Room

NEW MACHINE ROOM

  • P2 confirm the rebuilding floor plan,waiting the worker team to make it, Mini will answer us details at 22th March. STILL WAITING TO KNOW WHEN.
    • Steel CNC will move in here at 22th March
    • Universal laser cutter machine will move in after rebuild the machine room,freda and teacher wang
    • Sofa race car and outside board need to be moved , cuz P2 rebuilt the reception. WHERE TO RELOCATE to SOFA CAR? ROGER - MOVE TO NEW LOCATION (fapiao).

    • Kids helicopter workshop: workshop given but only as a lecture, was not interesting
    • Helicopter simulator to move to another Xinchejian location in Minhang and pay rent to Xinchejian at Jingke station
    • Ask kin fix the CNC machine with workshop this week

  • To transfer biz from Qingpu to Jing'an for local support - Freda to support(make mind do what, who is our legal person)
    • Paper, stamp to go to Qingpu (next week Paul) find register place already.
    • Move to Jing'an cost 3-4 months, and pay 6000+ for work - Did you guys confirmed ?
    • Check with accountant, impact on business
    • Check with P2 if we need to change anything on our business license,Bob talk to Minlin and Freda together
