XinCheJian Birthday Party - March 26 - Thursday

  • Party scheduled March 26

  • Budget Proposed = 2,000 RMB - roger suggests spend all money on booze
  • 7:30pm - Start.
  • Invite everybody - need headcount

  • need to work with P2 as some will be outside of the space.

Amanda Agenda items

  • several places in shanghai would like XinCheJian to help organize events. do we do it? if no, i’ll decline the requests.
    • we dont have man power, best to decline
  • a member who’s in 3D printing business would like to offer free printing service to XinCheJian members. do we accept the offer?
    • conflict with our XinFab Friends.
  • 11 weekends Arduino project workshop: Lio to host every Sunday at 10am, starting from this Sunday. - might not be only lio.
  • david sent me a registration paper for XinCheJian to apply for 'zhong chuang kong jian' (collective innovation space???) program that's supported by government, via which XinCheJian could apply for government funding. shall we register? if no, please let David know.
    • no resolution yet. Not Yes, Not No, introduce XinFAB to program.
  • Solar Impulse the swiss made solar plane is going to land in Nanjing in April and we are invited to attend their event in Nanjing on April 7th. Anyone who is interested in going, please let me know.
