Laser Cutter

  • Put it in the machine room or keep it upstairs?
  • Edward is against bringing it down
    • Dust concern, not sure access can to be controlled
  • Paid 6000 RMB
  • There is interest -- not many people know about it.
  • Edward says he can be responsible, but wants to limit access
  • EDWARD speaking to Elaine from W+K, waiting on Edward

Broken Chair Issue

  • Susan from G2C complained
  • Expensive chair -- alleged -- was broken in Xinchejian then pushed back to her area
  • Will tell members to not pull chairs from Good2China


Space Clean up

  • White Box?? -- Patrick not even in China -- To be disposed (LIO DONE)
  • Other lockers -- permission to throw things out / GRANTED TO AMANDA
  • Machine Room Clean up -- Amanda need help
    • HELP AMANDA when possible point out what is junk / not working


Wednesday Speakers

  • Paul needs more speakers
  • PAUL to write to DAVID
  • Multimedia Music Composition by Irina Lu
    • Project is to do performance on stage, using Microsoft Kinect, Java, and Synapse
    • To involve music players using body movements of the players to make music
    • Looking for volunteers
  • FREDA to help with Wednesday night setup
  • AMANDA to help with garage sale, PAUL to help

Space Manager Issue

  • Will post on staff email list
