Do-ocracy is a form of governance, whereby decisions are often made by people who actually do the work. This rewards people who take the initiative to make something happen. People who propose ideas, are also automatically nominated to carry out the execution of the idea. This governance pattern is designed to oppose people who simply talk and never follow through with their actions.
